Get to know our ceo

Meet April M. Dojnia, the CEO of Dojnia Human Resources & Staffing. Originally from Connecticut, April earned her bachelor’s degree in organizational communications while working in the high-fashion retail industry. Her passion for fashion and customer service allowed her to excel in her roles and receive recognition throughout the industry. Before moving to Miami, April also earned a master’s degree in human resources management and counseling from the University of Bridgeport where she worked for a top consulting firm.

April went on to gain experience as a Senior Manager and Director of Recruitment at Guardian Life Insurance, the University of Miami, and Oasis Outsourcing. Her unique experiences and skills culminated in the founding of Dojnia Human Resources & Staffing LLC. With a focus on “People First Consulting,” April works closely with clients to provide highly effective, engaging, and tailored solutions. Her experience makes her proficient in small to mid-size markets, and she is committed to delivering exceptional consulting services within all areas of HR and staffing. When you work with Dojnia, you can expect a hands-on approach from the CEO herself.
